You can assign multiple IP addressed to the Network Adapter. You could take
the old one offline, add the IP address used by the old server/website to
the new server and point the website in the new server to the IPAddress.
Apart from this there is nothing else required. If you are on a Remote
connection, remember not to do anything that would cause a duplicate IP on
network or disable the Network, as you might need to have physical access to
the server.
