Serv-U can't get Domain On-line

i've installed Serv-U to make different user for FTP.

however, i've set up one domain, but it say's Domain OFFLINE. when i
click the button "put domain online" nothing happens.

when i try to acces the ftp server from another computer on the LAN i
get the error 426, connection colsed, action aborted.

any help out there?

This isn't an IIS problem. Try a Serv-U forum instead.
