Acutally I finally found it much easier to get to.
To make sure that the CGI Timeout is set to something
large like two hours. Right click the server name and
click properties. Choose Edit on the WWW Service. Click
the Home Directories Tab. Click the Configuration
Button. Choose the Process Options Tab. Change CGI
Script timeout from 300 to 7200.
