IIS6/SSL problem

Hi,

I have a SBS 2003 SP1 machine, with ISA 2004 Premium and Exchange SP1.

Some time ago, OWA over SSL stopped working and I haven't been able to
determine the cause.

I have:
Re-installed ISA 2004 (From SBS SP1 CD)
Re-installed IIS6
Re-installed Exchange and Re-applied SP1 (From SBS SP1 CD)

I have also been through the IIS 6 configuration over and over. I am using
an SSL certificate generated with SelfSSL from the IIS6 Resource Kit.

If I go to https://server/exchange in IE I immediately get Page cannot be
displayed.

However, I can tell IIS 6 is listening on port 443 via netstat -an.

Any help would be appreciated.
