Renaming IIS 5.0 Server

We are going through a naming standardzation process for all of our systems
here and this will be affecting some servers. One of these is our IIS 5.0
server. What are the primary items that will need to be reviewed for this
system. I am familiar with standard File/Print/Application servers but I
have not don much in the way of IIS server administration other than the
typical security and intial setup.

Naming as in DNS name?

In general (DNS or computer name), you should have no problems renaming the
webserver. The links on your website might however be affected.
