Rapidshare: Must be a hobby [PaybyCall]

I sent Rapidsahre an email, a couple days ago and following is the

"PaybyCall" is NOT possible in my country? Hmm. We've had '976' [your
local calling area + 976&4digit number - 976-0000] since the late '70's
and the "area code": "900" for several years--- yet "PaybyCall" is NOT
possible in my country???

Possible, but Rapidshare doesn't want those USD's.

Rapidshare must be a hobby for some guy as a LOT of USD's could be
generated in--- income.
