Quanta upload problem

Post subject: Quanta upload problem

I use Quanta to do web development. I like its upload feature.
However, when I upload a file, it doesn't overwrite the old file.
Unless the file doesnt exist.

I use Quanta too and mine always overwrites existing files. Have you
checked your configuration settings, both on the server and Quanta?

So does mine. I can't find a setting for that, though, in Quanta.

Permissions issue at the server?
