rating is weighted by the reader's own ability in a field. The best rated
articles are then paid out according to their quality rating from a general
pool of system income.
This system is far superior to the present/traditional publishing method of
a few people deciding what should be published and how much the author
should be paid. You may read about the concept in the library; just look for
