A very common cause, it is incorrect DNS configuration. So check the DNS
configuration. The people in the DNS newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windows.server.dns
knows more about this.
It could also be other network configurations, but it is most likely not a
problem with IIS. So the DNS newsgroup, or a network newsgroup will be able
to help you better and faster.
