Problem with IIS6

Hi !

Our IIS 6 stop.
Our home page could not been displayd.

Active Server Pages error ASP 0241
CreateObject Exception
The CreateObject of (null) caused exception C0000005.
Server object error ASP 0177 : c0000005
Server.CreateObject Failed
c0000005

After restart the IIS, we was up and runing.

Any sugestion for our problem?
