Archived from groups: alt>www>webmaster (more info?)

howdy everybody,

a client requested his directory links open in new windows. i made the
usual argument and lost on the usual line$. but it's not the last time i'll
hear the request so...

dataspheric.com/directory demonstrates everything in my power to create
tolerable pop-ups for linked pages. i modified Kevin Yank's javascript
which is all over the net and backed it up with inline link titles in the
anchor and explicit text.

this is as close to good as i can get and still be crawlable. anyone have
better solutions for standards/accessibility?
