Post subject: Personal Web Server

Hi....very new to all this: Question:
How do I set up a personal web server on my PC. I'm
running Windows ME...is it possible. I want to create
the 'Inetpub' and 'Wwwroot' folders plus the rest.


Can anyone help or advise please?
