I have a new web site (www.shadaly.com) that sells high end fashion
doll furniture and also offers a girls' Writing Club - it's on a page
called the Story Salon. On that page is a download for a Parental
Permission form that children under 13 are required to submit before
their stories can be posted. If someone wouldn't mind trying out that
download, I'd really appreciate it. It seems scary and confusing to
me! If you'd offer some feedback, (and possibly an alternative, if
necessary), it would be a big relief. Thanks

Howdy Jenny,

Your *.doc file download locked up on my computer. There's no reason to use
a downloaded file since you can create a web page that looks just like it
which folks can print and mail to you.

Keep in mind that without a telephone call back, it's almost impossible to
tell if you've really heard from a parent. Kids can be very inventive on
the Internet when they need to be {grin}.

Thanks Chris. The download is going, and the web page is on its way! Jenny
