E-Commerce IT Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the E-Commerce industry, is looking for an IT
Project Manager:

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Evaluate business priorities with business development team.
- Turn requirements into actionable plans.
- Create & maintain documentation for tracking purpose.
- Coach teammates on procedural standards, and iteratively review and
revise such standards with them.
- Set procedural standards to ensure production consistency and
quality, and to minimize repeated errors.
- Coordinate and manage technical resources.

Experience & Knowledge:

- 3-5 years Project Manager experience, preferably in an e-commerce
domain with large transactional systems.
- Experience in the full life-cycle software development, including
requirements analysis, design, testing, & implementation.
- Strong experience in process improvement (technical & behavourial)
- Solid experience in software development process

Knowledge

- General knowledge in Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, and
XML.
- MSSQL.
- Delphi
- ColdFusion an asset.

Skills:

- Finding patterns amid chaotic information.
- Creating the maximum output from given resources.
- Presenting complex matter in simple manner.
- Evaluating architectural issues along technical, business, and
organizational lines.
