Works just fine with defaults. Not certain what you are running to install
PHP on IIS7, but it seems to be the one having problems.

Which Vista/LH Server build are you using?

It shouldn't be that difficult if you use the PHP ISAPI option. You would
configure this the same as any other ISAPI Extension (e.g. ASP).

You need to define the ISAPI Extension, and set it to allowed
You would also need to define the "script maps" (i.e. which file extensions
would be processed by PHP)
Additionally, you do whatever PHP configuration in php.ini that you'd
normally do
