Do anybody have any idea what is going on with PAYSAT.com ? I have a balance oustanding from online sales with PAYSAT for $676 but they haven't made any payments to my bank account yet. My payout threshold is set to $100 so I am expecting them to wire me the balance due. I have updated my bank details and have posted 2 support requests for payment but they are refusing to answer my e-mails. I am a South African merchant and do not have any US tax obligation so there is no need for them to freeze my account or refuse payment. Any advise here will be appreciated.
