Post subject: Can't Open With Front Page
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I have a Windows 2003 server. It is currently just used as my exchange
server.

Now, I want to put my web site on it as well.

It appears to be all set up correctly. IIS is running, and Front Page 2002
extensions are installed.

If, from the outside world, I type in the URL of the server, I get the
correct "Under Construction" Page. If on the server it self, I edit the
"Under Construction" page with Notepad, the changes show up.

The problem is when I try to use Front Page 2003 to open the site, basically
nothing happens. I've tried typing both the URL of the site and the IP
address of the site. No luck. My old server (2000) works fine - I can open
Front Page on my desktop, open site, etc.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Thanks.
