Onlinenic sells through resellers.
I am a reseller and have been for a long time. All resellers have direct
contact with their account manager and their response time is excellent -
usually less than 15 minutes - although I did have to wait for 20 minutes
once when there was a region wide ddos attack!
As you say the name was purchased by a developer, (possibly a reseller?), it
is Onlinenics policy to only deal with the reseller and not the end user.
The end user, (domain name owner), is a client of the reseller and needs to
work through their reselller to resolve problems.
Having said that, I would be happy to assist, just let me know.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
