Folks,

I have created a web site for a friend of mine, who owns a restaurant,
here in Chiang Mai and I would like very much to receive any comments
(negative or positive), suggestions or comments of a constructive
nature concerning the site's layout, color combination and
navigations.

In particular the manner in which the menu items appear when "clicked"
upon.

The site's URL is:

http://www.omalleys-thai.com

A much appreciated Thank You.

Tom

Howdy Tom,

At the top of your browser, click "View" and select "Source".

Scan down through the web page code to find the first readable text that
appears on your home page and is not a link. That's what Google will index.
If there is no readable text, nobody is going to find you on the search
engines.

Chris,

A sincere thanks for informing me how Google index's sites. Google
listed our verbiage that's associated with our links instead of our
META description. It's time for us to re-visited this issue as soon
as possible.

Again, Thanks Chris. Should any other ideas come to mind, please pass
them along.

Not bad. Still the old(er) western guy with that younger (looking) Thai
woman on the intro page pic might gives your bar the wrong image, if
you know what I mean.

Guy,

A much appreciated Thank you for your review and comments concerning
the aforementioned web site. As for the "older" gentleman on the
opening page of the site, I'm in total agreement, and fully understand
and share your feelings.

This was a strong worded request to use this picture from the owner of
the pub, who, of course is also my client.

Thanks again.

The site looks great. As a frequent foreign traveler, the notion of
finding such western fare in a distant place is tantalizing. The one
anomaly I noticed was the line of copy at the very top of the first
page. It is in black, and only when highlighted does it appear.
Otherwise, it appears to be a mistake.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
