NLB across Windows 2000 and 2003

Hi,

Can NLB be setup across 2 or servers, the first running Windows 2000
advanced server (SP4) and the other running Windows 2003 standard sever??

I would like to setup a website split across two servers, if this can be
done, are there any pitfalls that i should lookout for??

Never tried this trick, but you can give it a try
