I have about a dozen sites configured on a 2000 server, it is my wish to
move these sites to a newly built 2003 server. What's the easiest way to
accomplish this task?
Many thanks!

Hire someone to do it. Smile

If you're looking for maybe the *second* easiest way, it depends on
exactly what's in the sites. The migration tool may be your best
option, or an in-place upgrade of the W2K system to Server 2003 may be
easiest.

IIS Export is a great tool for this purpose. It can handle the upgrade
from IIS 5 to IIS 6 (and even downgrade). You can also use the built
in features such as find and replace to handle changes between the
sites (i.e. differnet IP addresses, different directories such as
going from \WINNT to \Windows etc.)
