Monitering IIS performance

Hey,

We're trying to monitor our IIS performance, and arn't getting very far.
We're running aroun 200 websites off of one of our servers, and want to
implement tracking to track:

Total Bandwidth, Activity, Peak Times, Connection Time, How long it takes
for each request, and a few others.

I've heard IIS can do this, but we can't figure out how to implement it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

use performance logs and alerts, choose iis, and the processes/services you
want to monitor
