I have noticed it in SSL site only. After working with the vendor it was
attributed to the "keep Alive" option. Are you using a reverse or forward
proxy before the web server? Is this happening in Netscape browser? We had to
uncheck SSL 3.0 and use SSL 2.0 to fix this problem.
