Missing ASP.NET tab in web site Properties dialog box

I've got 2 Windows Server 2003 boxes running IIS 6.0. On one, when I click
on the properties of a web site in IIS Manager, I see an ASP.NET tab (where I
can set the version, etc.). On the other machine, there is no ASP.NET tab.

They both have .NET 1.1 and 2.0 installed. In fact, the one with the
missing tab has a few web sites where the scriptmaps are pointed to 1.1 and
others are pointed to 2.0. I've already tried running "aspnet_regiis.exe
-ir" from the 2.0 directory but the tab still doesn't show up.

Is this a configuration setting or something more sinister?
