Hi, I'm completely new to this, but i could not find the file "global.asa" in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot, i have just installed IIS 5.1 on an xp pro system. I could not run any asp, or aspx (understandable, since there is no global.asa) how can i create this file, or from where can i get it?
thanks

Right click in the wwwroot directory, go to New, then
Text Document. Rename the doc to global.asa and there ya
go.

You do not need a global.asa to run asp pages. Telling us
what could not run means will help. What are the error
messages you see?
