IIS 6.0 Mime types

This is documented with in-box IIS documentation (and on MSDN and many other
resources like the IIS6 Resource Guide) along with instructions on how to
troubleshoot this 404 sub error 3 issue as well as necessary configuration.

Modifying MIME Types at the "global" level requires restarting IIS6 to have
it take effect. If you define MIME Type at a per-website or per-vdir level,
it takes effect immediately.

Is an excellent link for many of the different mime types and the
information you would need to add in IIS to allow IIS to serve it up.

If you don't get the mime type correct, it will still give you the 404
error. I just finished resolving the same issue with AutoCAD .dwg and dxf
file types.

I looked at the link, and unfortunately it does not list .ofm but hopefully
you will be able to find it somewhere, or find something similar enough on
the link above to be able to get it working.
