Post subject: Microsoft Agent Character Speech-out language... please help
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I've developed a html page that uses the Microsoft Agent
object with default character. When I try to view the
page, the animation works properly, the baloon appears
with the text, but the character does not speak. It
happens with the Spanish language, but when I change the
language ID, it seems to work without problems. My OS is
2000 in spanish as well as the IE6.0.

Robby.LanguageID = &H0409 ' Works OK
Robby.LanguageID = &H0C0A ' Does not work

I'd appreciate you to help me.

Unfortunately, this is not related to IIS. Is there an Agent group you can
follow-up in?

Well, the fact is that locally it does work, but when I
access through HTTP (IIS-site), it does not.
I've been searching for a Microsoft Agent related topic,
but I haven't found it yet.
Thanks Tom.
