Why not? Chase is huge with an outstanding reputation that follows the
same US banking (and credit card) laws as everyone else. As an existing
customer with an account balance that you're carrying, you'll get very
favorable rates.
If you are truly generating over a million per year, even a modest .5%
rate cut below PayPal will generate an additional $5000/year in profit -
and you'll get your money a couple days earlier. I'd take it.
