Merchant Account Rates for Online Transactions - A good ra..

My bank is offering me 2.2% plus $0.25 per transaction. This seems
like a good rate in comparison to many others that I've seen, but I
want to confirm that it really is.

They're also charging $150 for set-up and a monthly $28 fee.
