I am trying to test the MailEnable software installed on my Windows XP
Localhost.

How ( if there is a way ) to make Outllook 2003 to go and check any mail
from the
localhost ( MailEnable ) without connecting to the internet ?

Or Outlook have to always connect to the internet even to check my localhost
mail ?

Thanks

Hi,

You'll want to try an Outlook group, like microsoft.public.outlook.
MailEnable isn't IIS

I don't think Outlook needs to connect to the internet to do this. I think
you just need to change your Windows internet connection settings so that
"never dial a connection" is choosen.

You can do this by going to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet
Options -> Connections

Cheers
Ken
