Happy new year all Very Happy

Need a bit of help, i'm testing my mail accounts and am getting the floowing
message returned from various accounts, yet the addresses that i've set up
are valid. I've checked my mail client and all accounts i'm sending from are
set for smtp auth, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Recipient: <admin@********.co.uk>
Reason: (wmpmta04-app.mail-store.com) [194.73.242.6] is currently not
permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not
logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do
not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

applies if your mail server needs pop before smtp (read before send)

applies if your smtp server requires authentication.

You're using O/E for news. is it also your mail client? both the above are
fairlly trivial to fix in O/E.

resolve yeah ??

ok

if the issue is ...
read before send - make sure you hit the send/receive button as opposed to
just sending. if this is a domain mail server then very often this type of
authentication is broken - in which case use the smtp server provided by
your connectivity ISP.

smtp authentication - dive into the settings for the mail account (it's on
the servers tab) and ensure you have the correct user-name/password details.
for your smtp server. very often it uses the same details as your pop
server.

Please don't top-post. A little research using your favourite search engine
will reveal why.

Tried these, and still a no go. What i've done is send mail to my domain
from my isp, hotmail, and a few other free mail providers.
