Changes in the international environment of many industries have
impacted upon how individual companies in different sectors compete to
survive. Ultimately how well organisations compete in an international
environment will be defined by the knowledge and competence of their
staff.
The University of Ulster's School of International Business has
introduced an innovative new programme, the PgDip/MSc International
Business by E-Learning. This programme commences in September 2005,
specifically targeting middle to senior managers and entrepreneurs, in
order to prepare them for the challenges of working within an
international context. The programme can be completed on a part-time
basis within two calendar years.
