Hello, I have a valid certificate that is issued in my MS
Authority and is sitting in the issued folder. When I
try to install the certificate in the properties of the
website in the ,Internet Service Manager, the cert is no
where to be found. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Chris,

You're missing a step somewhere...

You've issued one certificate. Where is that certificate now? Have you
downloaded it? If not, try going back out to the certsrv web site from the
client you made the certificate request on. Then check the status of the
pending request... then download the cer file. That is your certificate.

Then you can simply select that certificate when you process the request
from the IIS Snap in.

Now, if you've already done this and you've already got the cer file. Then
How did you try to install it?
