I tried putting the 2 IP addresses that I was given when I signed up
in my browser, and one takes me to the "This site may be experiencing
Technical Difficulties" page, and the other goes to the standard
"Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server" page.

If I just put in the domain name, I go to the "This site may be
experiencing Technical Difficulties page".

prior dealings.

Could be that fortressitx just provides the bandwidth for that ip range

Isn't that what I said?

I suspect they rent servers (resell space) though, rather than
co-locate them.

Fortressitx is the Netblock owner that MIS leases from.
