There is no IIS configuration/action that results in this behavior.
So, it sounds like you have a group policy or some other script/user that
runs as administrator/system and changes your IIS configuration.
If you use the IIS Manager UI to make the change, please be sure to either
close the UI after making the change -- it will cause the change to be
immediately flushed to disk so that it will persist in IIS configuration
file on disk. This doesn't preclude something else changing the value
afterwards -- so you'll need to check that out yourself.

Hello,
Each time a re-boot my IIS6 webserver it restarts with a network address
restriction in place. What might be causing this. If I manually change the
address restriction settings the server runs fine. This is happening at the
golbal level Has anyone seen this behavior before ?
Thanks
Bill
