Hello Dugie, I did offer full free hosting during that post but had since changed it to a new system if you read the top of the free hosting page. I had 300+ users using the free system and simply abusing it. With no funding to monitor all of these websites (as I was not advertising, nor adding anything to users pages) for illegal materials. Now I have changed to a different technique, where accounts will expire after 2 weeks if they do not upgrade to a paid hosting account. I realize people can still create two week accounts every time they expire, but at least there is some type of control over the matter.
