Hi,

we're based in Europe (NL, DE, IT) and use Virtuozzo for our own
infrastructures. Feel free to respond: what you are asking for is not
difficult to set up and arrange for, a typical setup of a Virtuozzo
system takes less than half an hour (including license validation)
after contract settlement.
I do not know your exact requirements, feel free to elaborate on them.
