Does your page rank go down, if you have links on your sites to lower
rated sites?

How long before Alexa and other search engines recognize links in to
your sites for high rated sites?

They do not.


However, a recently leaked Google internal memo revealed an
interesting aspect of their Page Rank formulae. Apparently pages are
hand checked by a Miss Elsa Jones, and she has the ability to tweak PR
up/down by two points depending upon how she likes the page. It
appears that she has a hate-thing about men in blue jeans with large
tools - apparently she has a history of poor workman at her house.
