1. IMO the best introductory tutorial I have seen for PHP is at
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.sitepoint.com/article/228" target="_blank">http://www.sitepoint.com/article/228</a> (although I see there is a new
intro at <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.sitepoint.com/article/1262" target="_blank">http://www.sitepoint.com/article/1262</a> which I have not read).
While on PHP, I would add a note to the php.net listing that it is the
best PHP language reference you will find.

2. Many people learn by example. I would create a section that just
contains websites that people in the group like, either for their
presentation, use of css, etc (but say why people liked it).

3. The page does not cover css at all (as far as I can tell). There must
be a lot in the archives, but here is a good one to start you off:

4. <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://validator.w3.org" target="_blank">http://validator.w3.org</a>

5. I'd like to see a bit more on international copyright laws (being a
non-American).

6. An article on the basics of XHTML and when it is required would be nice.

7. Nothing on SSI - <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bignosebird.com/ssi" target="_blank">http://www.bignosebird.com/ssi</a> is a great start.

Got it all except #2. That one sounds like a good way to start a flame war,
but if someone else wants to take it on I'll put it in.
