I have just purchased careerjobstop.com and I am looking for resumes
to be posted. Obviuosly this is how you draw customers to post on
your site so I need some help. Anything you can do will be help.

Thanks,

Robert Francis

Howdy Robert,

You are trying to work a very abused, overloaded and saturated area. People
out of work have no money and employers won't spend time or money to scan
hundreds of unqualified people looking for work.

Try subscribing to some of the newsgroups with ".job" in their names. You
will find more posts than you'll know what to do with. You should be able
to pick out several hundred a day to add to your web site.

To get serious about finding employable people, you need a whole series of
on-line tests. Reading comprehension, math, motivational testing, typing,
and others to get started. The better national temporary agencies have
those kind of tests on paper.

Without independently graded tests and references, resumes are pretty a
waste of time.

You are probably also going to need a web desiginer that's qualified for
ecommerce sites.

Thanks, Chris <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bizynet.com" target="_blank">www.bizynet.com</a> and <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bizycart.com" target="_blank">www.bizycart.com</a>

There are so many jobs on offer on the Internet, but the problem is
that most of them aren't "real". Sometimes companies post so called
"vacancies" to get peoples CVs and there is no actual job available.
Other sites are just chockablock full of people's details, no one is
really able to find you anyway! Best to stick with small recruitment
companies that you know will actually do something with it!
