Alan,
We used to offer JSP to our customers but recently decided its not worth the
extra cpu load to run tomcat all the time. There arent much hosts that
offer JSP and the ones that do tend to be very expensive.
I would make a post on one of the large web hosting forums, possibly
sitepoint.com or freewebspace.net/forums and I think you will find a host
offering JSP there.
