Iusr account locking out in iis 6.0

Post subject: Iusr account locking out in iis 6.0

I have a iis 6.0 server that the iusr account keeps locking out and was
wondering if there was a way to see where the lockout is coming from. I have
looked in IIS log files and event viewerand do not see any errors there. What
is the best method to trouble shoot this

Are you auditing unsuccessful logons?

If the IUSR account is getting locked out, then requests that should be
anonymous accessed will show up as 401.1 in the IIS log file.
