Frank,
This error normally occurs when a script (for example ans asp page) has been
requested and the web site within IIS does not configured to allow execute.
The solution to this is to use MMC snap-in for IIS to configure the web site
and edit the 'default web site' properties. The execute permissions can be
found under the 'Home Directory' tab where you can select 'Scipts only' as
this is sufficient for the introduction page in IIS.
