You can check the DNS groups for help, but the basic issue is that the
DNS points to your external IP for the web site. Only your router or
firewall, knowing that the internal IP addresses aren't supposed to
come from outside, isn't sending you to the external IP address.
To fix this, you need to provide a means of resolving the internal IP
addres of your web server for your network. This usually means a
split DNS, one for internal use and the other for external.
