I work for a company which has 20 locations all supported by one
Support Office. While the Support Office mainly supports through
intelectual capital, management, coordinatation of events, accounting,
etc -- we also ship some supplies to our locations. We would like
each location to be able to login to our server and use the intranet
to access some type of ecommerce solution where they could order these
supplies from the various departments (IE: Apparel from the apperal
department, accounting supplies from accounting, office supplies from
the office manager, etc). We don't need a merchant service account
setup as all finanical transactions will happen in house.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest an appropriate solution, even
if it is outside of the e-commerce realm.
Cheers,
Jamie >> Stay informed about: Internal Cost Center |

Hi Jamie,
It may be overkill, but OSCommerce (http://www.oscommerce.com) would
handle this for you quite nicely. >> Stay informed about: Internal Cost Center |

Hi Jamie,
I'm assuming you are in the US and don't require US Sales Tax support. If
that's the case our online purchasing system will do the job 'out of the
box'.
Point your browser at http://www.cybergrafx.co.uk/cyberstore
We've also a number of online presentations in our Tutorials section.
HTH
Best wishes,
