Hey,
Has anyone been able to install the IIS Resource Kit available through MSDN downloads on a Server 2003/IIS 6 box??? I get a message telling me to "upgrade" to IIS 4!

What I really need is the MSWC.PermissionChecker component. I have registered the PermChk.dll on my 2003 machine but searches of the registery cannot find the MSWC.PermissionChekcer interface. So, I get Server.CreateObject Failed errors in my asp pages.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
MT

Which IIS Resource Kit are you talking about?

Cheers

Is this the IIS6 Resource Kit?

Thanks for the help. The IIS 6 resource kit more or less did the job. I just have to change the code from Server.CreateObject("MSWC.PermissionChecker")
to
Server.CreateObject("IISSample.PermissionChecker")
