With a limit of only 5 connections, why on earth would you want to?

You could try installing SambarServer, it's not IIS but it works in a pinch.
I used this program for about 1 1/2, it now supports some ASP. Here's a

There are hacks out that don't work most of the time to install IIS 5.0 on
Windows XP Home. There is no support for it, and it breaks one or possibly
2 EULA's to do so.

Then they need to have WinXP Pro for that purpose. That's what it's for,
whether at the office or at home.

Yup, I sure do. I just don't pretend that XP Home is a development
OS.
Beyond that, developers I know that *seriously* do work from home will
usually have multiple systems, including at least one test server to
deploy to. They often have access to the production servers they're
developing for. Personally, I have two home servers, a hosted site
and a number of production servers I can test code on. And I'm mostly
a casual home developer.
