anything, it's rife with unseemly sorts.

If you suspect I am unseemly, and don't trust my
intentions enough to e-mail me, then I can only
recommend that you wait a few days and inquire of
someone else who knows Marc.

Because the vast majority of people who know Marc
are well-behaved citizens. But Marc has, at
times, been the victim of online libel and
attempts at character assassination (never mind
moronic rl attacks) and I am fairly familiar with
the names and nicks of people I don't wish to
distribute information to.

The requests might be random, but that doesn't mean his responses have to
be. He can respond to those he knows and trusts, for instance, and
ignore the others.
