You installed PWS on Windows 2000? It comes with IIS, which does not have an
icon.
And yes, the original article states that there should be an IIS icon under
Windows XP Pro, obviously a victim of too much copying and pasting without
enough thinking about it...

Don't think there is something similar in Windows 2000 Server. Never
noticed it.
