IMS/INS Metabase error?

After I installed one of latest MS security patches ( from M03-041 ~ 045
) this morning, my IIS was died. When I opened the IIS with the MMC,
the whole IIS services were gone. Besides I got one of the error
message (flashing) before I open the MMC saying invalid data. Then when
I tried to remove the IIS, several error pop-up came up titled as
IMS/INS metabase error - CocreateInsance (E8000,,) is an invalid data.
( something like this). Does anyone know what it means? I tried to
search on Web, but found very little information about this ( only two
subject came out, one is in Spanish.)
